Together, we’ll look at what may be contributing most to the gap you’re feeling right now β€” and what your body may be signaling through your energy, your stress, your rhythms, or the way things are (or aren’t) translating.

We talk about the most grounded next step

I’ll share the clearest next step I see for your season. If Capacity by Design feels like the right fit for both of us, I’ll tell you honestly and walk you through what that would look like. And if it’s not the right fit, you’ll still leave with more clarity than you came in with.
