Hi, I’m Mekelle — feminine high performance mentor, mama of four, and guide for women who are ready to align their body, energy, and ambition without overdrive.
I built a beautiful life.
The business. The babies. The dream on paper.
But somewhere between the overachievement and the undernourishment, I lost myself — not to motherhood, but to misalignment.
As a Certified High Performance Coach, hormone specialist, and wellness strategist, I now guide mission-driven moms back into rhythm with their biology, ambition, and brilliance — so they can build lives that feel good from the inside out.Â
